Pagani Zonda F Roadster
It’s quite a long time that I didn’t write something about cars. So, today, I will kick off with an Italian supercar.
It’s a Pagani, which means it will easily cost more than 300,000GBP. Although Pagani has been making flamboyant, silly supercar since 1992, that doesn’t mean that they are not as good as Lamborghini or Ferrari.
This is one of their masterpieces. It’s the Pagani Zonda F Roadster. It has all the supercars ingredient. It’s fast, flamboyant, mid-engine, powerful and mad. Take a look in the interior. It’s a combination of magnesium, aluminum and leather.
Under the bonnet, you will find a 7.3 litre Mercedes Benz AMG V12 engine, or more precisely AMG nuclear bomb. For those who don’t really know who AMG is, AMG is the in-house tuner for Mercedes. They make the cars a lot more powerful, tune the handling and fiddle with the electronics.
The end result is astonishing. The car weighs only 1230kg. You will get 650 rampaging Italian horsepower. The power-to-weight ratio is 528bhp/ton, 45 more than a Ferrari Enzo. 0-60mph, 3.5 seconds. Top speed 346km/h. In order to hold all the power, the Zonda F comes with 4 ventilated Brembo disc brakes. So it should be say you have to be very alert to drive this monster.
The whole chassis is carbon-fibre, which makes the Zonda F really light yet very strong. This also makes the price tag goes up really high. Anyone who interested in this amazing supercar, you may have a visit to Pagani webpage.
I think I will end the article with a short clip from BBC 2 Top Gear about the Pagani Zonda F Roadster. Enjoy !
